The FondoSonoma Festival is ON!
One of the best parts about riding your bike is, well, getting off the bike. Your GranFondo team understands that very well and is putting together a festival so good that, 3 hours later, you’ll forget you’re still walking around in your spandex. Live music, events for the kids, exhibits from inside and outside the bike industry, wine, beer, and a food court that’ll make your stomach blush all await.
This year, you can expect to see some of the following, for starters:
–Free Bike Valet
–New Belgium Beer
–Famed Sonoma County Wines
–Artisan Food Court
–Kid’s Fun Races
–Bike Expo, including local frame builders and bike shops
–Live Music
–Presentation by Levi Leipheimer
The FondoSonoma Festival is free to all, whether you’re riding the GranFondo, waiting for someone to finish the GranFondo, or a local resident who has no idea what the GranFondo is. We’ll rev things up around 10:00 AM and keep things happening until around 6:00 PM, all around the start/finish area.
Please note: While we love your dog, ferret, iguana, etc, almost as much as you do, for the safety and well-being of everyone, please leave your dogs and other pets at home. There will be loud noises, moving bikes, food preparation, and large crowds, all of which do not create a safe environment for pets.
