FondoSonoma Festival Application
Event Details
Levi Leipheimer’s King Ridge GranFondo on Saturday, October 9, 2010, is an opportunity for cyclists to ride with top cycling professionals from around the world, while supporting a variety of beneficiaries. The festival portion of the event, FondoSonoma, will celebrate what Sonoma County has to offer as well as showcase cycling exhibitors, live entertainment, and family activities. With 6,000 riders coming from around the world plus thousands more local attendees, it’s the perfect opportunity to connect with cycling enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.
Application deadline: August 20, 2010.
Please note: This is only an application for space at the festival—your place is not guaranteed until we contact you to confirm. If you do not hear from us by August 30, please email festival@bikemonkey.net or call 707.560.1122. Full payment is required by September 15, 2010, or your space will not be held.
Prepared Food Vendors
Food vendors will be booked for FondoSonoma by special arrangement only. If you are interested in participating in the festival as a food vendor, please do not complete this application. Contact us directly by email, festival@bikemonkey.net, or call 707.560.1122.

Set-Up Details
All spaces are OUTSIDE on grass; electricity is not available and generators are not allowed. The event is rain or shine. You will be responsible for providing your own tent, tables, and chairs. If you need to rent tables or chairs from us, please contact us for pricing. Stakes are not allowed on the grass; all tents must be secured by weights. No cars or trucks are allowed on the grass at the festival site. We will have limited staff and volunteers available to assist you with golf carts; please be prepared to move your equipment across a grass field to your location.
