Refunds and Transfers

No Refunds

Unfortunately, the GranFondo cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend the event. We do however, allow transfers between two parties for a small fee. These transfers will be available until September 25. After that date, we will be locked in and not be able to process any transfers.

Deadlines

  • September 12, transfer fees increase from $25 to $50.
  • September 25 is the last day to transfer your registration.

    Transfers

    While we cannot keep track of those needing/wanting a transfer out of/into the event, our Facebook page is a good place to connect with people who may be able to help you out. Twitter may work for you as well.

    Any transferred registration spot sold at higher than the original registration cost plus the $25 transfer fee will not be honored by Levi’s GranFondo. As a charity event, we cannot tolerate private parties collecting profit at the expense of the GranFondo.
