Transfer Form

This transfer form can be used to transfer your registration to another person. In order to do this you must already be registered for the event.

Transfer Deadlines

  • September 12, transfer fees increase from $25 to $50.
  • September 25 is the last day to transfer your registration.

    Caveats

    • You cannot use this form to change routes.
    • If you desire to “downgrade” to either the Medio or Piccolo please e-mail levisgranfondo@bikemonkey.net.
    • There are no refunds given for downgrades.
    • There are no “upgrades” to the Gran or Medio routes because they are full.
    • Both parties will be emailed a confirmation when the transfer is complete. Please allow 4-7 days for your transfer to be processed.
    • Any transferred registration spot sold at higher than the original registration cost plus the $25 transfer fee will not be honored by Levi’s GranFondo. As a charity event, we cannot tolerate private parties collecting profit at the expense of the GranFondo.
