Cade is entering his second season with Project Echelon. In 2023, Cade won a stage and the Sprint Classification at UCI Tour of the Gila, two stages of the UCI Tour of Guadeloupe, and the prestigious Sunny King Criterium. In 2024, Cade has returned to his flying form, recently earning  a podium finish on Stage 3 of the Vuelta Alentejo in Portugal.  Cade is a multiple time Collegiate National Champion and graduate of Marian University and currently owns his own coaching business, Bike More Coaching.
